It is important to note that while we take utmost care in packaging items securely, we cannot assume liability for any damage or loss during transit.

Shipping insurance is provided via the shipping carrier we use.  Insurance can only cover up to the total cost of your order.  Insurance claims are subject to the discretion of the shipping carrier.

To initiate an insurance claim, please reach out immediately.  All packaging and materials need to be saved in order for us to file an insurance claim.
