Reserve your date
As soon as you have a wedding date, you are able to place a deposit to reserve your date and lock in your pricing. Due to the time-sensitive nature of fresh flowers, booking in advance is optimal to ensure your bouquet arrives in the best and freshest condition possible, and that we have all of the necessary resources available to adequately dry your bouquet.
Bouquet Arrival
Bouquets are required to be overnight shipped or dropped off locally within 1-3 days after your event. Once a deposit is placed, we will provide shipping instructions as well as ways to get discounted overnight shipping.
For those dropping off at our various Southern California locations, we recommend having a friend or family member help you drop off. We are happy to coordinate drop-off with them directly. Drop-offs are by appointment only.
Wait for Magic
Once your flowers are received, they need 6-8 months of drying, reshaping and color restoration before moving forward in the preservation process. This time is imperative to ensure your flowers are just as beautiful after drying as they were on your special day.
Design Approval
Once your flowers have undergone our extensive flower restoration process, they are ready for product design. Mock-up designs will sent for your feedback and approval. Once you approve your mock-up design, the remainder of your balance is due.
Mock-up designs are only available for Statement Pieces (Add-On items not included).
Payment
Remaining payments are due upon design approval. This helps ensure that your flowers can be cast as soon as possible.
Product Casting
Once your mock-up is approved and remaining payment received, we will finish casting or finalizing your products. This process may take anywhere from 1-3 months after remaining payment is made. Total process time for projects after receiving flowers is 7-11 months.
Shipping or Local pick up
We offer free shipping for orders $400+ and local pick up options at our various Southern California locations.
